Entrée (Plate will include both):
- Tenderloin Chateaubriand, lightly seasoned beef tenderloin that is pan seared and finished roasting in the oven. It is then deglazed with a dry red wine and given a touch of fresh French tarragon, shallots, and cracked peppercorns. The dish is a simple way to serve a perfect elegant tenderloin dish.
- Old World Chicken, this delicious chicken dish has spectacular fresh and light flavors that reminds you of a classic European dish. A tender boneless chicken breast is marinated in lemon, white wine, garlic, Dijon mustard and fresh herbs then, pan-seared and topped with a bouquet of roasted vegetables including red peppers, artichoke hearts, julienne carrots, pearl onions. The chicken is lightly drizzled with a Béarnaise sauce.
